By making a purchase from Rock Our World, you agree to comply with and be bound by this policy.
- Wholesale Purchases
- All sales made through our wholesale program are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided, except in cases where authorized credit has been granted within 30 days of the purchase. Please note that authorized returns for wholesale purchases will incur a 20% restocking fee, and the credit will be provided for future purchases only.
- Retail Purchases
- For retail purchases, we offer exchange credit only before 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Live Stream Purchases
- To ensure a smooth transaction during live streams, customers must provide the following information before claiming a purchase:

- Cell Phone Number
- Email Address
- We kindly request that you refrain from claiming a purchase unless you intend to complete the transaction. Failure to follow through with the purchase may result in being blocked from future live streams.
- To ensure a smooth transaction during live streams, customers must provide the following information before claiming a purchase:

- All purchases made during live streams must be paid within 24 hours of the stream’s end. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of the order.
- After payment is received, packages will be shipped on Fridays or Mondays. Please note that Rock Our World is closed on holidays and weekends, which may affect shipping times.
- For gem and jewelry shows, please allow up to 14 days for shipping. We appreciate your patience during busy periods, and we will make every effort to ensure your order is shipped promptly.
